HOW TO: Wash your dog's bowls:
It is really important to keep your dog's food and water bowls clean. Not only will this keep your dog healthy and stop any build-up of bacteria, it'll also make their food and water taste fresh.
If bacteria builds up in your dog's bowls it can make your dog very ill.
To keep your dog happy and healthy wash their bowls after every use, or at minimum of once a day.
Step 1: Remove any excess food or water.
Step 2: Rinse under running water.
Step 3: Soak in hot, soapy water for a minimum of 10-15 minutes.
Try and find a pet-friendly soap to wash your dog's bowls in, otherwise you will need to ensure the bowls are fully rinsed off after.
Step 4: Scrub with a cleaning washing up sponge or brush to remove any excess bacteria or build-up.
Step 5: Dry with a clean cloth and leave to air dry.
You now have squeaky clean bowls for your dog!
