What size toy should I order for my dog?

For our small tug toys, we recommend these toys for the following breeds: Chihuahuas, Dachshunds, Yorkshire Terriers, Pomeranians.

For our medium tug toys, we recommend these toys for the following breeds: Cocker Spaniels, Beagles, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Cockapoos, Schnauzers.

For our large tug toys, we recommend these toys for the following breeds: Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Dobermans.

If your dog's breed is not above and you're still unsure what size toy to order for your dog, send us an email at hello@caninecraftsuk.com and we will help you.

Please include your dog's age and breed in the email, so our advice is accurate.

Where is my order?

As all of our products are handmade to order please allow up to 3 working days for processing time, before dispatch for dog toys.

Please allow up to 10 days for processing time, before dispatch for snuffle balls and snuffle mats.

Our delivery couriers both Royal Mail and Evri aim to deliver within 5 working days.

Please note: working days does not include Sundays or Bank Holidays.

How do I amend my order?

If you would like to make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@caninecraftsuk.com and we will do our best to amend your order for you.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, if for any reason you would like to return your item, you have 14 days to contact us regarding your return.

What delivery service do you use?

For UK orders we use Royal Mail and Evri as our trusted delivery provider.

For International orders we only use Royal Mail.

What delivery options do you have?

For UK orders, you have the choice between: Royal Mail Standard, Evri Standard and Evri Express, all of these are a tracked service.

For International orders, your order will be sent with Royal Mail using a tracked service.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Can I customise my dog toy?

Yes, definitely! Most of our dog toy range is fully customisable. If you would like to customise your dog toy follow these steps:

1. Find a toy that your dog will love.

2. Select between 2-4 colour options by clicking on the colours shown.

3. Add to basket.

4. Place your order.

If you have any specific requests for colours/patterns/toys, send us an email at hello@caninecraftsuk.com and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

What are your care instructions?

When cleaning your dog toys please ensure to follow these steps:

1. Use pet-safe detergent or water.

2. Wash at 30 degrees.

3. Leave to air dry, do not tumble dry.

Your order will come with care instructions.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

Only one discount code can be used at checkout per order. For example: if you're a new customer using your 15% off voucher for your first order, this can't be combined with our free shipping over £35 promotion.

UK - What happens if I don't receive my order within 3 working days?

If you haven't received your order within 3 working days after dispatch, we ask if you can allow up to 5 working days for both Royal Mail and Evri.

If you still haven't received your order after 5 working days after dispatch, then send us an email at hello@caninecraftsuk.com and we will do our best to look into this for you.

USA, Canada & Australia - It has been over 7 working days and I still have not received my parcel?

Royal Mail Standard and Tracked aim to deliver within 5-7 working days, this does not include Sundays or Bank Holidays.

As this is an aim from Royal Mail, there is no guarantee how long the parcel may take to get to you.

Please allow up to 14 working days before contacting us, if your parcel has not yet arrived.

We will do our very best to resolve this for you alongside Royal Mail, however once a parcel has been sent to Royal Mail it is out of our control.

USA, Canada & Australia - Is Royal Mail Standard a tracked service?

Royal Mail Standard Delivery is a tracked service.

This means you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email, which you can use to track your order every step of the way!
